At 60 minutes, the session is the perfect amount of time to breakdown and tune up any of the compound lifts, it can also be used as a short introduction into the basics of strongamn such as the log lift, or the iconic Atlas Stones.

For a more comprehensive session, choose the 90 minute certificate.

Terms and conditions of sale.

Certificate only available for redemption up to 12 months from date of purchase.

Booking is subject to availability in the diary, Sunday bookings are not possible.

Booking can only be done through the contact page on this website.

Certificate cannot be used as part payment towards a monthly training plan.

Certificate cannot be split into shorter sessions, sessions last either 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Certificate does not include a training programme.

Must be booked with more than 48 hours of intended time of use.

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the session, the certificate will remain valid to book again at another time.

It is the attendees responsibility to arrive early to ensure the session starts at the time it was booked.

Arriving late to the session will mean a shorter training time, no additional time will be added on.

If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the certiificate will no longer be valid and cannot be rebooked except in exceptional circumstances.
